We here at Carmel Cyclery will do our best to make sure you have a satisfactory experience with us. But there are a few rules we must enforce in order to make sure that we can continue to be here to serve you; after all, we can't help you if we have to close our doors.
Returns and Exchanges
Effective 3/1/2015, all returns are subject to a 10% return fee. Primarily, this is to help counter the rising costs of credit card processing, the fees of which we are charged on both the initial charge and the return.
Bicycle returns or exchanges must take place within 48 hours of purchase. Accessories, clothing, and other non-consumable items can be returned within 30 days, if and only if the customer has a receipt.
Refunds will not be granted for labor charges, wear items on a bicycle which have been used, anything missing parts of the original packaging, food or other consumable items, or Special Orders.
Customer Information
In order to best serve you we collect a certain amount of customer information so that we may easily contact you in the future. We will never sell that to another company. We'll reach out to you every once in a while with information we want to share, but you have the capacity to unsubscribe at any time.
