I’m from out of town and had ridden my bicycle to the Monon trail from my hotel and had an accident that disabled my bicycle. I walked my bike to the Cyclery and although they were very busy they very kindly worked on my bicycle and repaired it back to ridable. The gentleman who worked on the bike declined my offer to pay for the repair stating it didn’t take that much time. Whether it had cost me or not I was very happy and appreciative for the kindness and help. I was able to ride the Monon trail and get back to my hotel without a problem. The mechanic was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and managed to squeeze in my repair at the end of the day right before close.
